Period of processing and storage of personal data
We only process and retain your personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes listed above or for as long as is necessary to comply with legal requirements. After this period, personal data will be deleted or anonymized.
If we process your personal data based on a legitimate interest, the processing lasts as long as our legitimate interest lasts. You can object at any time to the processing of your personal data, which takes place on the basis of a legal title of legitimate interest. If you object to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes (which includes profiling), we will stop processing your personal data for this purpose without further ado.

Your rights in the field of personal data protection

Right of access. You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether and what personal data we process about you, including the right to copies of the personal data we process.
Right to correction and addition. If you find that your personal data that we process is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to ask us to correct and update it.

The right to object
In addition to the above rights, you also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. An objection can be raised when the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of the administrator or a third party (or when the legal basis for the processing is the fulfillment of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority).
You can also object if we process your data for direct marketing purposes (on the basis of a legal title of legitimate interest), including profiling in order to find the most suitable and interesting offers for you.
If you raise an objection to the processing, we will not process your personal data further, until serious reasons for the processing that outweigh your interests or rights and freedoms are demonstrated. If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, we will stop processing your personal data for this purpose without further ado.
